Mission

The purpose of CWJC/CMJC is to serve Erath County and surrounding areas by providing life skills development and job skills education in a Christian context where women mentor women and men mentor men, along with our volunteer teachers and staff.

CWJC/CMJC provides a safe environment to men and women in need as they learn valuable life and job skills training in a Christian environment.

The Vision of Transformation Pathway is to make a positive impact on our community by offering a new pathway for reducing spiritual and economic poverty through mentoring relationships, job preparedness, and life skills while teaching God’s word.
