As a young showman, Henley remembers how much she looked up to and was inspired by the older kids. Now that it is her turn to set an example, she intends on representing generosity and kindness, while helping the showmen of ECJLS have the best experience possible. Another aspect Henley is looking forward to potentially aiding with is social media marketing. She plans on majoring in agricultural communications, so I am willing to learn and help as much as possible with that task.

Addie's involvement in Agriculture has prepared her to be a better leader by giving her the opportunity in helping others! Whether it's young kids needing help with showing mistakes, or even just giving them a hug after having a bad day of showing. It could even be a parent that doesn’t understand why their animal is not eating. Being a leader in agriculture can be challenging because of what one will face on a day to day basis.

Presley is involved in various activities including showing lambs and goats at the Erath County Livestock Show for many years. She served as the Student Advisor of the Gail Christian Legacy Lamb and Goat Show that is on its fourth year so she feels like she can bring to the table some prior experience. In Presley's words "I don’t think people realize how much work goes into a show – especially a county livestock show. It would be a wonderful opportunity my last year to be involved with the organization of the show."

Shayla has recently finished her junior year and can confidently say that agriculture has grown her into the person that she is today! Going from someone who dreaded public speaking, to
someone who actually enjoys it! She learned how to create and give speeches and presentations, talk to strangers and peers, conduct scientific research, raise animals, run meetings with parliamentary procedure, and write research papers. But most of all, agriculture, FFA, and 4-H has taught Shayla to get out of her comfort zone, seize every opportunity, and be a leader in all areas of life.

Lexi's interest for agriculture began watching her sister be very successful in the show ring and Lexi soon after followed as soon as she could at the age 8. Her first year was spent every minute she could in the barn and won Junior Showmanship and from that moment on she was hooked and found her new love, showing. The next year Lexi was blessed to win Grand Champion her second year showing at the Erath County Junior Livestock show with Cross Gilt. Throughout the years
she has won a few Breed champions, Breed Reserve champions, as well as a Reserve Grand Champion. This past year she was lucky enough to be rewarded Grand Champion
Overall in the sheep barn with a Medium Wool. 

Kenli is very involved in agriculture, as part of the Dublin FFA program, and ECJLS. She shows market wether goats, breeding does, and also showed her horse this past year. Livestock is a big part of her life and she always makes her animals her priority. Kenli's favorite part about this position would be to help out with the show. She would enjoy being able to announce (FFA Radio Team Member) and interact with all of the other showman by handing out banners, ribbons, helping them get to their spots. Being a junior board member would be a great opportunity and will help her grow, learn about holding more responsibilities.
